- Preventative Medical Services
- Preventative medical services are key to keeping your pet healthy.
Thus, we offer a full range of preventative medical servides including,
but not limited to: Annual health exams, routine vaccinations, diagnostic
screening tests for canine and feline heartworm, feline leukemia, FIV,
brucellosis, Lyme disease, and Ehrlichia, microchip placement,
pre-anesthesia blood work-up, and geriatric blood work-up.
- Elective and Special Surgical Services
- A full surgical suite including isoflurane
anesthesia, anesthesia monitoring machines, electrocautery and cryotherapy
are available for a wide variety of elective and special surgical procedures.
A full dental unit is also present for routine and preventative dental services.
All animals under anesthesia are monitored with an EKG, pulse oximiter, blood
pressure, and core temperature monitor at no additional cost.
- Laser Surgery
- We have one of the newest, most state of the art lasers available for elective
and special surgical procedures. One of the biggest advantages of using a laser
for surgery, versus a scalpel, is decreased swelling. Swelling can cause pain
and discomfort so animals that have laser surgery are often more comfortable
after surgery. Lasers can also decrease the amount of surgery time that is
required for some procedures. This results in less anesthesia and a quicker
recovery time for your pet.
- Advanced Diagnostics
- Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Laparoscopy, and Radiology are available. This technology
allows us to diagnose a wide variety of diseases and illnesses. In addition,
the utilization of this technology allows us to obtain a diagnosis quicker
and without the use of more invasive surgical techniques. We are proud to
say that we are one of the only clinics within the surrounding area with
ultrasound, endoscopy, and laparosocpy capabilities.
- Boarding
- Boarding for cats and dogs is currently offered on-site.
Boarding dogs are allowed access to outdoor runs at least twice daily.
Unless otherwise requested, we feed Eukanuba brand foods to our visiting pets.
Appointments are required to assure that space is available for your pet.
We tend to be very full during the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas
so please book your appointment early. For more specific information, please

- Grooming
A full time, on-site groomer provides an assortment of services including
but not limited to, bathing, clipping/trimming, pedicures, anal gland expression,
and ear cleaning. Appointments are scheduled Monday thru Friday.

- Pharmacy and Retail Products
A full in-house pharmacy is available. Prescription medications
such as Interceptor, Sentinel, Revolution, Advantage, and
Frontline are available. Science diet and Eukanuba foods

- Flavored Medication/Compounding Service
An in-house compounding system is available. This system allows
us to turn pills into flavored liquids. This makes giving medications to
difficult patients much easier. A wide variety of flavors are available.
